TERMS OF SALE / RETURN POLICY INFORMATION

Return Policy information:

1. FINAL SALES:  All sales of gift cards, or gift certificates, are marked as final sale. These, along with all other final sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.

2. For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, credit, or refund: merchandise must be returned unworn, unopened, and with all original packaging and tags. 
3. Grounds for REFUNDS:  Refunds are given on a case by case basis.  Shipping cannot be refunded.  Please remember these items are handmade and made-to-order.  If your item is too short 14k gold filled and sterling silver extenders are available here: http://etsy.me/1z098FQ.

Additional Information:
1. Made By Maru's return policy is good for 30 days. After 30 days your item is no longer eligible for return, credit, or exchange.
2. Please note that refunds, exchanges, and credits are only available for purchases made via www.madebymaru.com, and are required to be returned by mail. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Returns, exchanges, and credits for Etsy purchases must be processed through Etsy.
3. Refunds (if applicable):  Once your return is received and inspected, a notification email will be sent to confirm this.  You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
4. Exchanges (if applicable):  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email info@madebymaru.com for instructions.
 
Shipping:
• To return your product, please email info@madebymaru.com for return instructions.
• You will be responsible for shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
• Depending on where you live and the shipping times required, the time it may take for your return, exchange, or credit to be processed, may vary.
• If you are shipping item(s) over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items you return which are lost in transit, therefore without tracking information our acceptance of your item may not be guaranteed.  Returns, exchanges, and credits are only guaranteed with proof of return delivery.
